This was so easy and so fun for my 10 year old to do. She does it all on her own and loves the creativity and math/science that comes along with each kit. I highly recommend these kits. I am going to purchase more!
it is a great gift idea for grandparents. I did have an opportunity to try the item with my grandchild. Some important steps were missing and some of the items were not good quality, apparently the food coloring is a problem in every kit
I have been doing these kits with my daughter once a month for over a year now. My daughter (7) looks forward to the kit every month and asks to make it right away once we receive it. The kits have fun themes and are educational, so I continue to buy them.
However, I do feel some of these are way too sweet. Maybe we can add measurements for people who don't have as big of a sweet tooth?
The price is also a little high.
I would live the $5 gift card offer to purchase more kits.

Had 3 subscriptions and all 3 families just enjoyed the kits. They looked forward to the arrival of the chef box. I had some difficulties navigating the website and was not going to order again but I did. Had to call ICT to get the situation resolved. SK
My son and his friend next door do these kits together every month and they really look forward to it! Great way to spend time with the kids!
I bought this for my great niece who is six. Our family is all very into cooking. I live in a different state so I can't be there to share the love of cooking with her. She and her dad made all of the kits and either face timed me or sent pictures. They loved it and always looked forward to the next month. I thought the individual kits were a little pricey, but the six months subscription made it more realistic. I highly recommend it and will probably do it again.
