Bought the 12 month plan for my 5 year old granddaughter. She absolutely loves these! Her dad sent me a video today of her opening and explaining what everything in the box is.

The kit was so fun and my niece enjoyed it! Made a great birthday gift. I appreciated that the donut mold was resuable and am looking for recipes so that she can make more donuts.
I haven't received my orders yet but I ordered the Barbie bundle for my niece and the monthly subscription for my son and I can't wait. We're super excited! I can say their customer service is top notch! There were some delivery issues to my niece's address USPS issues)and I'm the chef customer service helped fix the issue with no problems and quickly! They were amazing to do business with!
Daniella responded back promptly. And she fixed the problem. The problem was not with this company, it was with their third party shipper. Can’t wait to get our first shipment for my granddaughter.
Had my first issue and I had to reach out to customer service. Our August box was delayed, so I was inquiring about an update. Daniella very promptly responded that there was an issue with their carrier and our August box was in the process of being reshipped. She was very friendly, personable, and took care of my concern right away. Carrier issues happen, completely understand. I was very impressed with my first customer service experience!

The customer service is top notch. If I ever have a problem with any of my boxes, they are always quick to make it right. My grandkids enjoy doing these so much and we have subscribed for almost two years now. The price is reasonable and the experience of baking with my grandchildren is priceless.
